The ad that machinists actually answer

Machinists screen job ads the way they read a print: for specifics. The ad that converts names the real things —

  • The machines and controls. "3- and 5-axis mills, Fanuc and Haas controls, 2024 equipment" tells an operator in one line whether your shop is worth a conversation. Vague ads read as old-iron shops hiding something.
